Amdocs, including its affiliates comprising part of the Amdocs group companies ("Amdocs", "we" or "us"), is committed to honoring the privacy and security of personal data of its users, contractors, business contacts, and other individuals whose data we will collect ("user(s)" or "you") while using the Network Workflow Management (TechInsights) [the “Software”].

This Privacy Policy informs you how we will collect, store and use personal information when you make use of our software or otherwise communicate with us in the course of our business activities. It also tells you the choices you can make about how the information you provide to us is used.

Amdocs Network Workflow Management (TechInsights) [the “Software”] target is to optimize and automate mobile network business processes by involving multiple teams and scopes of work under a single workflow engine using both web and mobile environments.

What type of information we collect

Amdocs respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. Generally, you can browse through the Amdocs Network Workflow Management (TechInsights) website without giving us any information about yourself, except for the specific purposes set forth below.

When you make use of the Amdocs Network Workflow Management (TechInsights) software, we collect the following types of personal information. Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name and email address, or any other information when needed to log in and use our Network Workflow Management (TechInsights) software or application.

• when you make a request for registering or logging in to our software we may collect and process all such personal data that you provide to us, or that your employer and/or company in which you own an interest or for whom you work and/or which retains us, provides to us, or that we obtain from a third-party source, to enable us to provide the services of our software.
• if you visit our websites, we will collect Personal Information from your device, such as IP address and other online identifiers (i.e., online data collected from user's devices and protocols which leave traces which may be used to identify users). We use this to optimize your experience and help us to improve our websites and the ways we communicate with you.
• if you send an inquiry or request for customer support, we will collect and store personal information, such as name, company name, email address, business affiliation and contact information. We will capture Personal Information about you so we can communicate effectively with you and address your requests. We will hold information about your name, the company you work for, address, phone numbers, e-mail address and line of business, etc. as long as the request is active. We will use this information to troubleshoot and help manage your requests.
• if we need to send you information for marketing, informational and promotional purposes, we also collect and store personal information, such as your email address, for the purpose of sending you product information (such as new release changes), marketing, business and promotional materials or information on our future updates. In line with the applicable regulations, we will always give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing list in order not to receive direct marketing or market research information.

We may anonymize or de-identify the information collected so that the information cannot, on its own, personally identify you. Our use and disclosure of such aggregated or de-identified information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy, and we may use it or disclose it to others without limitation and for any purpose.

How we use the information we collect

We use and share Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy and for the following purposes:

• to identify and authenticate your access;
• to inform you about release changes, upcoming updates or system maintenance and outages;
• to support and troubleshoot our services, to respond to your queries and communicate with you;
• to conduct internal analysis in order to improve and customize our software performance and the ways we communicate with you;
• to present you and your company business opportunities regarding our products and services;
• to investigate violations and enforce our policies, and as required by law, regulation or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or respond to a government request.

Legal basis for using your Personal Information

We will only collect, use and share your Personal Information where we are satisfied that we have an appropriate legal basis to do this. This may be because:

• we need to use your Personal Information to improve this software or for analyzing statistics, the basis for collection of data is our legitimate interest to conduct such improvements and analysis.
• we need to use your Personal Information for our legitimate interest as a commercial organization. For example, we may collect your Personal Information in order to communicate with you and present you marketing or promotional materials and opportunities regarding our services.
• we need to use your Personal Information to comply with a relevant legal or regulatory obligation that we have; or
• we have your consent to use your Personal Information for a particular activity.

Information sharing and disclosure

Because Amdocs is a global company, your personal information may be shared with other Amdocs' offices or subsidiaries around the world. All such entities are governed by this Privacy Policy or are bound by the appropriate confidentiality and data transfer agreements.

We may share your Personal Information in the manner and for the purposes described below:

• when we have your consent to share the information;
• when we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested as part of our contractual relationship;
• when we need to send the information to companies or third parties and service providers (e.g. for data analytics purposes, communicating promotional and informational materials, etc.) who help or work on behalf of Amdocs to provide a product or service you have requested as part of our contractual relationship. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the product or service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. These companies will have agreed to confidentiality restrictions and use any Personal Information we share with them or which they collect on our behalf for the purpose of providing the contracted service to us;
• in the event of sale or transfer of all or substantially all of Amdocs or any Amdocs affiliate’s shares or assets, in cases of mergers or in case of negotiations with respect to the foregoing;
• or when we want to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers or other information we think you’d like to hear about either from us or from our business partners (unless you have opted out of these types of communications), only if you gave your explicit, free and informed consent to such processing activities, as detailed above.
• we will also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in urgent circumstances, to protect personal safety, the public or our website.

For the above purposes, personal information may be transferred to recipients in countries around the world (which may be located outside the EU/EEA, European Economic Area) which in some cases may have a lower level of protection than that within the EU/EEA. When transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, to jurisdictions that did not receive an adequate decision by the European Commission, we use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure a sufficient level of protection for your personal information.

Other than as described above, any other transfer of your personal information to third parties will be subject to your consent.

How long will we store your information

We will store your Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as explained in this privacy policy. Where your information is no longer needed, we will ensure that it is disposed of in a secure manner. In some circumstances, we may store your Personal Information for longer periods of time, for instance, where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements.

In specific circumstances, we may store your Personal Information for longer periods of time so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your Personal Information or dealings. Statistics which has been anonymized may be saved thereafter.

Data security

We take security very seriously. We have implemented and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures, policies and procedures designed to reduce the risk of accidental destruction or loss, or the unauthorized disclosure or access to such information appropriate to the nature of the information concerned. Measures we take include, for example:

• placing confidentiality requirements on our staff members and service providers;
• destroying or permanently anonymizing Personal Information if it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected; and

As the security of information depends in part on the security of the computer you use to communicate with us and the security you use to protect User IDs and passwords, please take appropriate measures to protect this information. However, due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and Amdocs, and Amdocs and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.

Data subject rights

You may at any time request the rectification or erasure of your personal information. Please note however that deletion could mean that Amdocs cannot process your requests or provide you with any requested services. You have the right to request a copy of your personal information from our record. You have the right to request a limitation of the use of your personal information (for example if you deem the information to be incorrect) or the termination of use of your personal information (for example as regards the use of the information to improve our services).

Cookies

Our software uses cookies, pixel tags, and other forms of identification and local storage (together referred to as "tags/files" hereunder) to distinguish you from other users of the software. This helps us provide you with a good experience when you browse the software also allows us to improve and customize our products and the ways we communicate with you.

In many cases, these tags/files lead to the use of your device's processing or storage capabilities. Some of these tags/files are set by Amdocs itself, others by third parties; some only last as long as your browser session, while others can stay active on your device for a longer period of time.

These tags/files can fall into several categories: (i) those that are necessary for functionality or services that you request or for the transmission of communications (functionality tags/files); (ii) those that we use to carry out software performance and audience metrics (analytics tags/files) and (iii) the rest (tracking across a network of other websites, etc.).
